The purpose of the camp is to provide Nemours and Wolfson patients with Type 1 Diabetes a safe and healthy environment while learning that diabetes is not a barrier to their lives.
Basic information about the camp:
June 2-6, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
Heritage Landing in St. Augustine
Campers are ages 8-15
Volunteer hours are 7:30 am to 4:30 pm each day
Volunteers will complete online and in-person orientation on Sunday, June 1 (time TBD), as well as pass a background check and medical screening
